By accessing or using Expertise-to-Course ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Expertise-to-Course.
Expertise-to-Course is an AI-powered tool that conducts a structured interview with subject-matter experts and uses that interview to generate online course content, including video scripts, slide outlines, quiz questions, student workbooks, and sales page copy.
AI disclosure: All generated content is produced by artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude). You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
Your content is yours. All course content generated by the Service based on your interview — including scripts, slide outlines, quizzes, workbooks, and sales copy — is assigned to you upon generation. Expertise-to-Course does not claim any intellectual property rights over content generated from your interview inputs.
You retain full ownership of your interview responses, expertise, stories, and frameworks. The Service processes your inputs solely to generate content for your benefit.
You grant Expertise-to-Course a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your inputs and generated content for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
The Service operates on a per-course credit model. Credits are purchased as one-time payments via Paddle, our payment processor. Credits do not expire.
Refund policy: If you are not satisfied with the generated output for a course, contact us within 7 days of generation at legal@orangesandstech.co.ke for a full refund of that course credit. We do not offer refunds on credits that have been used to download a complete ZIP package.
All transactions are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as merchant of record. For billing disputes, contact Paddle directly or email us and we will assist.
You may not use the Service to:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@orangesandstech.co.ke if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Data deletion: You may request deletion of all your data, including interview transcripts and generated content, by emailing legal@orangesandstech.co.ke. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all content before publication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expertise-to-Course's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Expertise-to-Course in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Expertise-to-Course is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
